"Focus on Quality Management" On-site review by petrochemical experts to help improve product quality

On June 26, 2024, Sinopec's quality management review expert group visited our company for on-site quality management review. The review was conducted by a review team composed of senior executives of Sinopec Physical equipment (State affairs), instrument experts of Sinopec Qingdao Refining and Chemical Company, instrument experts of Sinopec Guangzhou Branch, professional leaders of Sinopec SEI, and instrument experts of Sinopec Anqing Branch. A comprehensive and detailed evaluation of the quality management system of our company's mass flowmeter products aims to jointly improve the level of quality management in the industry and ensure product quality and safe production.
During the review process, the Sinopec expert team maintained a very high level of professionalism and rigorous work attitude, with system implementation and system operation as the focus of the evaluation, through on-site observation, review of quality management system documents, in-depth exchanges with management and related personnel and other methods, and on-site vacuum brazing furnaces, hydraulic pipe benders, flow calibration devices, machining equipment, product welding, assembly, testing, assembly and other key equipment and processes, after a comprehensive understanding of the situation, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Sinopec's "Supplier Quality Management Evaluation Measures", the quality management work was divided into 5 categories and 24 items. The content was evaluated and scored in detail, and the "Quality Management Evaluation Form" was finally formed.In view of the current problems, from a long-term perspective, some forward-looking and feasible suggestions are put forward, and necessary support and help are provided to jointly promote the improvement of product quality management.
